Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 July 2026

1. Using TenantHub

These terms govern your use of TenantHub, provided by TenantHub ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you're using TenantHub on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Accounts and plans

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start a trial. After the trial, continued use of a paid plan requires an active subscription at the rate shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the building and tenant data you enter into TenantHub. You're responsible for having the right to store and process any tenant data you upload, including obtaining any consents required under data protection law. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TenantHub to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of tenants or third parties.

5. Availability

We aim to keep TenantHub available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

TenantHub is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify account holders of material changes by email before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
