1. Who we are

TenantHub ("we", "us") provides property management software to landlords and property managers. For the purposes of data protection law, TenantHub is the data controller for account and building data, and a data processor on behalf of property managers for tenant data they upload. 2. What we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), company name.
  • Building and tenant data that property managers enter or upload — including maintenance requests, documents, and announcements.
  • Contact form and enquiry details submitted via our Get Started page.
  • Basic usage analytics (pages visited, approximate location derived from IP) via Vercel Analytics — we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the service, respond to enquiries, send account and product notifications (such as maintenance status updates), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following third-party processors to run TenantHub:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
  • Vercel — application hosting and website analytics.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (account and maintenance notifications).
  • Calendly — call scheduling, if you choose to book a call with us.

Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain account and building data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email felix@tenanthub.uk.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
